8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information collected through our website enquiry forms for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. In practice, this means:
- Enquiry and quote information is retained for the duration of any job and a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to seven years for business records)
- Analytics data retained by third-party platforms is subject to their own retention periods (typically 14 months for GA4 by default)
When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or de-identified.
